Preparation of site, amenity, and landscaping plans for a senior residential and day facility. Site planning work included planning of wandering gardens for memory-impaired residents, walkways, raised planters for horticultural therapy, a raised water fountain feature and seating. Extensive landscaping included choice of non-toxic plants, seasonal color variety, screen plantings, and bird attracting plants.
