-Stamped concrete sidewalks, entrance walks, and bus stop.
-Extensive site landscaping to create a development of greater visual appeal than the surrounding residential developments.
-Native and wetland plant treatments around ponds.
-Ornamental white vinyl fence dumpster enclosure to screen dumpsters.
-Amenity design, selection for a bus stop, benches around the site, and one bike rack for each building.
