Mendon Private Residence

McCord Landscape Architecture was retained to prepare plans for the improvement of the grounds at this elegant home in the town of Mendon. Work at this private residence included the development of comprehensive plan for site improvements followed by the preparation of detailed construction drawings and planting plans for each phase of work. The landscape components of the project included design of a new stamped concrete driveway and parking, entrance gateway structure, pond-side stone wall and arrival court; and installation of ornamental fencing , and plantings. The program included a new fire pit area, new gardens, outdoor barbeque area, trellis, pool and pool house, and two gazebos.
