• Concept through final construction plans for a 25 acre boating facility.
• Design included a basin marina with a boat launch and docking for 40 boats, a second basin for docking of “hire” houseboats, parking for cars and trailers, bike trails and canal trail connections, landscaping and lighting and placement of an 18,000 SF boat repairs/retail building.
