Concept through final landscape and site amenity design for a 41-unit luxury condominium and attached single family development (“Townhomes, Manor Homes, and Carriage Homes”). Work included preservation of numerous large old trees including several 40-60” dia. Oaks, maples, and beech trees. Site amenity design included a frontage signature stone walls and posts, fencing of private areas, drainage area landscaping, special walkways and pavement areas creating a park-like atmosphere, and other amenities.
