Preparation of conceptual through contract/bid drawings and documents for construction of a 1100 LF trail with overlook area complete with interpretive signage, wood/steel benches, gazebo, trash receptacles, and amenities. The project also includes construction of walkways connecting to the historic (1822) Charlotte Lighthouse, and design of gateway landscaping and amenity area, rain garden, parking area, mounds and extensive landscape screening.
